What is Renew and Refresh?

Renew and Refresh Program by Pulsefusion offers clients to audit their current PCs and laptops and offer solutions to improve performance and experience, such as upgrading your PCs (Renew), or trading in for a Grade A refurbished laptop (Refresh).

How to Renew?

Book an appointment for a PC Audit and send in your PC. Our engineer will assess your device condition and quote based on the repair or upgrade needed.

What upgrades are available?

Depending on your PC’s upgradability, we could upgrade the RAM, SSD, laptop battery, Windows, and more.

Will upgrading improve my device performance?

Upgrading the RAM or storage can enhance performance, improving the overall speed and responsiveness of your laptop. Additionally, upgrading to a faster SSD can significantly reduce boot and program loading times.

Is upgrading worthwhile?

Allow our engineers to advise on the costs and benefits of upgrading. If you are contemplating a replacement, consider our Refresh service.

How to Refresh?

Book an appointment for a PC Audit and send in your PC. We will offer a trade-in value for your current PC that will be used to offset the price of a refurbished laptop. 

Can I migrate my data from my current PC to the refurbished laptop?

Absolutely, we will assist you in transferring your data from your previous device to the new one.

How long does Renew or Refresh take?

Within 1 to 3  business days, depending on the complexity of any data migration.

How can I check the status of my device?

Our team will contact you at each stage of Renew and Refresh.

Can you collect and return my laptop?

Unfortunately, we do not provide collection and return services. However, you may use courier services such as Grab Express or Lala Move and we’ll assist to collect or hand the item to them. We will send you pictures and videos of the PCs as proof of upgrade and in good condition.

I can't make it on the appointment date, how to reschedule?

The laptop is spoiled, can I return it?

Yes, we have a 30-day warranty. Just send it back to us and we will fix it.

Will I get free support?

Yes, we provide free remote IT support for our Refresh service (with the refurbished laptop).

How to make payment?

You will receive an invoice with our bank details and online link to make payment.
